Our lamb is sourced from Australian pasture-raised animals. Lamb hearts are a great source of iron, vitamin B12, riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, selenium, copper and zinc.

While traditionally viewed as an organ, lamb hearts are non-secreting so are counted as part of the ‘meat’ portion of a raw fed diet.
